Crew (permanent and fully uniformed crew of 3):
- Captain, fully experienced (3rd year on Rum Jungle) and qualified and with Pilot Exemption Certificates for the Solent
- Mate, qualified, experienced and with regular on-board training updates
- Stewardess, also qualified in crew duties and first-aid
Additionally as required:
- Chef, from first class pool who are experienced with Rum Jungle
- Deck-hand/steward
- Additional hostesses, to help serve and entertain
